A FILM REVIEW OF THE LAZY SUSAN

BY :EFFIAKUMA GROUP 3

Watching Lazy Susan was both funny and some time mixed of emotions as well. The story engaged us in the beginning as it gradually unfolding as it process. Susan's life appears mundane, but as the narrative deepens it reveals her loneliness of her. The central message of the flim seems to be about the importance of human connection and understanding Susan feelings.

The story follows Susan, a woman who seems to go through life without being noticed. People ignore her presence and treat her like she doesn't matter. Susan felt like a real person-funny but also lazy and careless. The actor did a great job playing her character that stood out was Susan's family member who was always honest with her and especially with the way she talked and moved. One character that stood out for us was Susan's family member who was always honest with her. The relationships was how interesting it was when the family cared for her but also seemed tired of her behaviour.

The cinematography was effective in capturing the mood of the film, using a mix of close-ups and wide shots to convey Susan's world. The close-up shots were used for Susan expressions and the highlight of food and hands. Lighting and colours contribute to a woman atmosphere of the family kitchen.

In lazy Susan, the sound and music play a quite but important role. The music wasn't loud or dramatic it was soft, slow and sometimes even awkward, just like Susan herself. The soundtrack didn't try to control how the film but it support the scenes in a gentle way. For example, when Susan was alone and confused the background music made the scene looked more emotional.  The sound effects and diagonal were clear and well-balanced , contributing to the overall viewing experience.  The score was memorable, particularly in scenes that were emotionally charged.

Overall. The way the film was made matched the story well.  It was clam ,quite and soft, just like Susan's life. The strongest part was real the character of Susan felt. The weakest part for us was that the story moved slowly and felt a little empty in some scenes. It made us feel a mix of things like laughter, sadness and frustration. We will recommend it to someone who enjoys stones based on these film. The film taught us that even if life feels like it's going nowhere, there's still a chance to change.
