Film Analysis And Review _The Katy Universe 





The film follows katy,a bridesmaid at a wedding who believe she’s suddenly develop telekinetic power. What starts as a chaotic,comedic monologue turn into a hilarious and oddly meaningful journey through panic ,self -discovery , and imagination.The central theme explores how we cope with anxiety and existential dread-suggesting that if nothing matters in the grand scheme ,we might as well have fun.

      Katy is the sole focus and her character is brought to life by Mary Holland’s outstanding, high-energy performance. She’s believable funny and vulnerable.Though we only really hear from her,her imagined interaction give us insight into her inner world.

   The film is short creatively within a single setting a wedding venue-but uses dynamic camera moves, spinning shots and visual effects to keep things visually exciting warm lighting,vibrant colors and smooth smooth camera motion elevate the chaotic energy the story 

        Dialogue is clear and well-balanced with the film’s dynamic sound effect .The score supports the emotional shift-from frantic comedy to epic “Superhero “ moments helping tells the story without overwhelming it .

        The film is funny, imaginative and surprisingly hopeful. It balances absurdity with heart, leaving a lasting impression.Katy journey transforms a panic attack into a personal superpower moment,making it both relatable and uplifting highly recommended for anyone who enjoys clever,character driven short films with a creative twist.

 A FILM REVIEW OF THE LAZY SUSAN BY :EFFIAKUMA GROUP 3 Watching Lazy Susan was both funny and some time mixed of emotions as well. The story engaged us in the beginning as it gradually unfolding as it process. Susan's life appears mundane,but as the narrative deepens it reveals her loneliness of her. The central message of the flim seems to be about the importance of human connection and understanding Susan feelings. The story follows Susan, a woman who seems to go through life without being noticed. People ignore her presence and treat her like she doesn't matter. Susan felt like a real person-funny but also lazy and careless.
